This milestone laid the groundwork for further recognition at Gold level in later years. 

IBDP accreditation affirmed Aspen’s inquiry-based, student-centred approach. The IB learner profile, with its focus on reflection, balance and global mindedness, aligned naturally with our values of care, curiosity and confidence. This strengthened our post-16 pathways, combining the National Curriculum for England with an internationally respected qualification that opens doors to global universities.

The first GCSE graduation showcased the strength of our Secondary provision. The Mentl Award celebrated the impact of initiatives such as student Mental Health First Aiders, staff training, parent workshops and whole-school campaigns focused on wellbeing. In Sixth Form, students extend this journey through either the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) or BTEC Level 3 Extended Diplomas.
