ISP Academic Excellence

For relentless achievers

This is reserved for Aspen Heights students from Year 7 to Year 10 whose drive and determination set the bar high for everyone. These are our high performers - learners who consistently push beyond expectations and treat challenge as an opportunity to grow.

Criteria - 

  • Strong academic results – please share any supporting documents (recent reports, exam results, certificates or awards)
  • Evidence of going beyond standard classwork – for example, independent research, extended projects, internships, specialist courses or Aspen Aspire Pathway extension work 
  • Academic honours, awards or other recognition for academic excellence, exceptional progress or subject-specific achievement

ISP International Learner

For the global trailblazers

This is designed for Aspen Heights students in Year 10 and Year 12 who see the world as their classroom and thrive when they are challenged, connected and inspired through global experiences.

Criteria - 

  • Mock/exam results (where applicable)
  • Evidence of learning beyond the classroom - for example, videos, photos or certificates from exchanges, competitions, community projects or trips abroad (shared via Google Drive or Canva link)
  • 10-minute video presentation - “What it means to me to be a global learner” (shared via Google Drive or YouTube link)

ISP Tomorrow's Leaders

For the innovators of tomorrow

This is exclusively for Aspen Heights students in Year 12 with ambition, purpose and the courage to turn bold ideas into real impact. This scholarship is for those ready to lead, innovate and shape a brighter future beyond Sixth Form.

Criteria - 

  • Mock/exam results
  • Evidence of internships, work placements or professional certifications
  • Evidence of leadership (for example - Head Student, Sports Captain, club founder or project leader)
  • 10-minute video presentation - “Building a brighter tomorrow” (shared via Google Drive or YouTube link)

    If shortlisted, you will be invited to a final interview with the Principal to discuss your goals, potential and fit for the scholarship.

    Offer

    Successful candidates will receive a formal scholarship offer and join our community of Aspen Heights ISP Scholars.

ISP Scholarships at Aspen Heights British School are designed to recognise and nurture talented students who demonstrate excellence, ambition, and potential. As part of International Schools Partnership - ISP, scholars benefit from a globally connected learning experience that supports both academic success and personal development.

The scholarship programme is open to both current and new students applying to Aspen Heights British School in Abu Dhabi, from Year 7 onwards, subject to availability and eligibiilty.

ISP Scholarships are offered across key categories, including: Academic Excellence, International Learner, Tomorrow’s Leaders. At Aspen Heights British School, scholarships also recognise qualities such as leadership, collaboration, and contribution to the school community.

Scholarships provide partial to significant reductions in tuition fees. In addition, students benefit from: personalised mentoring and guidance, access to ISP global learning opportunities and leadership and enrichment experiences.

Aspen Heights British School offers an ambitious but close-knit environment in Abu Dhabi where every child is known and supported. Scholars are encouraged to grow not only academically, but also in confidence, resilience and character, with a strong focus on wellbeing and community.

Students are awarded scholarships based on: Academic performance or demonstrated talent in areas such as sports, arts, STEM, etc.  Personal qualities such as motivation, curiosity and resilience, Potential to contribute positively to the school community. The process may include assessments, interviews and review of previous school reports.

Scholarships are awarded for a fixed period of 2 years and are reviewed regularly to ensure students continue to meet the expected standards.

  • Demonstrate commitment and a growth mindset
