With the current COVID-19 restriction in place, we are unable to carry out face to face assessments and playdates. We will ask you for current school reports and a couple of short videos of your child, Secondary children may be invitied for a short Zoom assessment.
Securing Your Child’s Place
Once you receive a formal offer you will have 10 days to accept, sign and return the acceptance offer. When we receive the signed acceptance you will then be issued a registration fee invoice for 5% of the annual fee, or the full term fee, dependent on the time of year the offer is made. The registration fee of 5% of the annual tuition fee is deductible from the first term’s school fees. Should the student not attend Aspen Heights the registration fee is non-refundable.
Within the offer letter you will find a list of essential documents that are required to be submitted within 10 days. We require these documents to register your child with the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEK).
Your child’s place will be confirmed on receipt of payment and the submission of all requested documents.
